The area is close to shops and has a park facing the house . The property is a large Victorian period house with large gardens. The suitable candidate can expect a kind environment of mutual respect and can expect to treat the house as a home . There is a separate sitting room which could be used for study or to chill , just close the door if your taking time out ! We live a healthy lifestyle and keep active as a family . My 23 year old daughter is a Spanish / business graduate and my twelve year old daughter a busy gymnast. I do not drink or smoke .
