Excellent location. 2 minute walk to Little Sutton Train station and bus stop. A huge variety of restaurants, pubs and takeaways within a very short walk.
The room is not yet furnished as I'm seeing if there is any demand. I would furnish the room after viewing and a holding deposit with a double bed, wardrobes, small sofa and a TV. Renter would treat this room as a bedroom / living space with occasional use of main living room with shared bathroom and kitchen. All bills included in the £480 per month.
