Big Bedroom to let in cute and warm house

To the potential new flatmate,

My friend Frankie who is living in the house would like to live with a girl who is lively, someone who enjoys sharing about their day and enjoys having a drink now and again. The house is a family house and not a student house, so it is important that the person who wants to live in it is respectful and clean.

The house is very spacious. it has 3 bedrooms (one is taken by Frankie, one is left for myself if I want to come to liverpool from time to time and the last room is to rent), 2 bathrooms (one with shower + bath and one with a very modern shower), a dining room, a living room with TV and comfy sofas, a large sized kitchen with storage space and a decent sized fridge and refrigerator and finally a front and back garden. There is the possibility to park your car in front of the house, on the side of the street.

The house is situated opposite Liverpool South Parkway Station, which enables you to be in the city centre in 10 minutes and there are several buses (86, 86A) that you can catch at the bus stop situated right in front of the house.

For food shopping, there is a big Tesco's just before Allerton road, which is open till midnight during the week and Aldi at St Mary's road, which is open till 10pm during the week.
