There is off road parking and regular buses for Liverpool City Centre, LJL Airport, South Parkway and Runcorn are literally opposite the house and 1-minute walking distance. Liverpool City Centre is 25-30 minutes drive and Liverpool Airport is 5 minutes drive /15-20 minutes waking distance. Morrison, TK Max, petrol station, pharmacy, post office, health centre is 5-10 minutes’ walking distance. Hunts Cross shopping centre and Speke retail park are both 5 minutes drive distance. Manchester airport is just over half an hour drive.

I am an artist, friendly and sociable. I currently have a tenant, who is an engineer working at Land Rover factory. He is friendly and reliable. I will hardly stay in the house and might occasionally do so for a short period of time.
