Room available to rent

I have a room available to rent in a shared flat, it is quite large and spacious. I have a sink in the bedroom with sufficient desk space and more storage in the bedroom and space underneath the bed. There’s a small tv in the room included on the wall and a electric heater on the wall also. There’s two separate shower rooms and toilets. The communal area has a dining table, fridge freezers, a oven, washer drier, and loads of cupboard space. There’s sofas and a large tv which comes with sky all included in the price as are all bills. I’m very close to both Lidl and B&M they’re right outside, and home bargains is around the corner. There’s very good bus routes by the building but we are a very short work to the university of Liverpool campus 5 minutes to north campus, 10 minutes to south. We’re a short walk into town and even closer to lime street station if you need to use the train. It is in a perfect location, and can be available immediately. The rent is £100 a week, you can either do a deposit or use the reposit scheme which is just a weeks rent.
