Looking for someone to take over my contract with StudentRoost with the room available from 27/12/19 to 13/06/20, 24 weeks total at £108 per week so £2592 total. Transferring rooms but room has been kept in perfect condition. Flat is of 3 girls, not noisy or smokers, clean and respectful.
