Luxury Double room with own Bathroom - Marina

Hi,

I have a double room available, as my current lodger has quit his job and is travelling.

It’s the best room in the house on the top floor, with views of the marina,
It has a double bed with lots of storage, a desk for working from home, big windows, lots of light, and a suite shower room/toilet.
The rent for this is £580, and the deposit is also £580

The other room is currently not available.

The Kitchen/diner/lounge is a large open-plan shared area with a breakfast bar overlooking the harbour. The large windows can be opened right out front and back, so there is lots of air, and it is beautiful on sunny, warm days.

It is a peaceful place to live. There is no road noise, and boats sail by in the harbour. It is still super close to the city centre and all amenities.
Perfect for cycling, running or walking along the marina front.

Brunswick station is close by.
5-10 min walk to the Baltic Market area
15-20min walk to City Center.

You will have peace on the top floor with lovely views and private space.

I live on the ground floor, and during regular times, I am not around Thursday through Sunday and often not through the week, either.

I am looking for a lodger with whom I get on, who I can class as a friend, who can be trusted with my house, and who is tidy and considerate of other lodgers.

You need to do your share of keeping the kitchen and shared area tidy for others, emptying bins, etc. Basically, tidying up after yourself, not leaving dirty dishes in the sink for others, etc., is a basic house share responsibility.

professional working people over 30 years old are preferable. They should have a chilled outlook and be free of drama or stress.
It has been a mixed-male/female house, which has always worked well, so I would prefer to keep it that way.

Parking is tight, but it is currently available over the road, and bike storage is available in the front of the garage.

Every room has internet. I currently have a Netflix account on the main TV in the lounge and Amazon Prime, which you are free to use while I have it.

If you are in any way outdoorsy, sporty, into or interested in Rock Climbing (Trad/Sport), Surfing, Lakes, Mountains etc I think this is the house for you.
