Large double bed- Friendly housemate

I am looking for the mate in flat mate. I am looking for a sociable person to move into the spare room. I am really easy going and looking for someone similar. I like to be sociable but also like my own space.

The room is a large double room, with double bed, bedside table, large draws and wardrobe.

The flat is set in a beautiful location with a water fountain/ lake in the middle of the apartment blocks. It is a 10 minute bus ride into Liverpool city centre and over the road from the otterspool promenade. Closest train station is Brunswick which is 4 minutes into town, it’s a 10 minute walk to the station through Nuffield health.

The kitchen has all the standard appliances including; washing machine, dish washer, microwave etc.

I have been using the room as an office/ spare room but will all be cleared out.

Free secured parking.

£500 rent payable in advance with £400 deposit which will need to be paid before or day before moving in. It includes all bills.
