In this House we have 4 females, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

The house has a fabulous large modern communal kitchen with dining table and flat screen TV with VIRGIN TV PACKAGE and HIGH SPEED 380MB broadband for the communal areas and individual rooms. There are 2 fridge/freezer with plenty of storage space for all housemates, as well as a utility room including washing machines and dryer.

The house is located on Kremlin Drive and is ideal for professionals working on the Wirral or Liverpool. Bus routes from the main road (Prescot Road) are ten-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 25 minutes.

LOCAL FACILITIES
There is a Tesco Express at the end of the road and there is a Marks & Spencer's food hall and Aldi just a five minute walk away. There are also pubs and restaurants just a short walk away in West Derby Village, as well as being in a great location for Broadgreen Hospital, Alder Hey Hospital and the Royal Hospital.

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. We also might request to do a credit check.

MOVING IN
Move in can be done the same week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
