A lovely cosy double room available in a house in Wavertree, just off the high street. Room has a queen-size bed, desk, chest of drawers, and hanging rail.

We've welcomed people from all over the world over the last few years - so if you are looking for a temporary place whilst studying in/visiting Liverpool, or just looking for a transition space, get in touch!

Please only make contact if you are genuinely interested in the room. As this is our home, we're looking to share with the right person, so please tell us a little bit about yourself when responding.

*Shared facilities:*
A spacious lounge, and a separate kitchen-diner (with washing machine and dryer). The kitchen has been updated since the photos.

One shared bathroom with walk-in shower (photo is old - bathroom has been renovated). Downstairs WC.

Back yard - a patio with pots. On-street parking.

All bills are included, including council tax and WiFi.

*About us:*
We're a couple, in our early 40s, looking for a short-term housemate.

We're both professionals working in education. We're sociable but work long hours and like to relax in our spare time. Enjoy cooking, theatre, cinema, music, hiking & the outdoors. Both quite active outside the house with independent interests. We speak English, German, and Spanish.

With previous housemates we've cooked & eaten together, watch tv, chat, etc, but also respect people's need for space and privacy.

We have two cats who are friendly and mostly sleep during the day or are outside.

The house is kept clean and tidy and it's relaxed and comfortable. We've renovated the house ourselves, so there may be the odd small thing we're still finishing off, but nothing major.

*Location:*
The house is located in a fairly quiet part of Wavertree, within five minutes' walk of the Mystery park. 15 minutes to Wavertree Technology Park train station (10 minutes to Lime St), and less than 5 minutes to local bus routes in and out of town. If it's clear, it takes around 15-20 minutes to get into town.
