Double room is available from mid February.

We're looking for someone to move into our double room. The room is furnished to a high standard, with extra consideration for maximising available space. It contains a double bed, desk, plentiful storage and a wall-mounted smart TV. The house is approximately a 20 minute walk from the University of Liverpool. Further amenities include a big ASDA just a five minute walk or so away and a coop about ten steps away from the front door. There is a bus stop at the end of the road and on street parking available.

We're a friendly married couple living in Wavertree. We take great pride in our home, keeping it clean and tidy and improving it whenever finances allow. We've put a lot of love into refurbishing it and making it feel warm and welcoming.

The house has a modern kitchen and bathroom, it also has gas fireplaces for the winter. The living room has a wall mounted smart TV with a nice audio system for cozy nights in. WiFi is included. Front and rear entrances are alarmed and with camera systems for peace of mind and security.

There is a back garden/courtyard + shed for a small amount of extra storage. We have a BBQ and a fire bowl for hosting guests.


Lovely community on this road. Friendly and helpful neighbours.

Rooms are preferably available for professionals but we will consider mature students/post grads. Lodger MUST be clean, tidy and respectful of others in the house. Absolutely no smoking in the house and no unannounced guests for security reasons.

All bills are all included. The house has gas central heating and fibre broadband.
