*The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms. One double room and 1 single room available. Shared bathroom, welcome to use the kitchen, free tea, coffee and milk for short term let's. I do have 2 house cats who don't go out but they do love cuddles so preferably guests who love pets and animals. There is also a terrace to sit outside

*As a female solo traveller myself, I discovered how important it is to have a safe space to stay, what I look for in a property i. e location, central, public transport, amenities and those little personal touches all of which I can provide.

*The neighbourhood has so many things to offer from a bus stop right outside the property that is just a short journey into the city centre, 10 minute walk to the train station which will take you also to the city centre but also a direct train into Manchester and to Manchester Airport. There is a variety of restaurants, take aways, pubs and shops right on the doorstep. George Harrisons childhood home is just a short walk across the road as is the Smallest House in Liverpool. There is a lovely 104 acre park at the back of the complex and also various other park and walks close by such as the beautiful Sefton Park and Green Bank Park. It really is a great central location just outside the city centre so is handy to get there but also without the hustle and bustle should you like to relax with some peace and quiet and the world famous Penny Lane is also just a short walk away. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is also only around a 15 min drive or there is also a bus should you require.
