WHO WILL YOU BE LIVING WITH ?
In this House we have 3 females and 4 Males, all between the ages of 21 and 35 All are working professionals.

THE HOUSE
The house has 8 rooms, a communal open living area and Kitchen. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
This property is in the Wavertree area just a 15-minute walk into the city centre. This area is a thriving young professional area as its proximity to the city centre and university campuses means it is an ideal location if you’re moving within or to Liverpool. There are plenty of shops nearby, such as Matalan, Farm foods and Home Bargains. The property overlooks Wavertree Botanic Gardens for lovely views and also nice strolls.
Edge Hill Train station is only a 2 minute walk away, so it is ideal for doctors and nurses working at Whiston Hospital or people wanting to get the train into town instead of a bus or driving.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
