My flatmate is moving to Australia so looking for someone to take over their room.
Top floor of a cute little flat 5 mins from Sefton Park and 10 mins on the bus into town.
It's a 6 month contract initially and then rolling month to month.
£375 plus bills (I reckon we pay about £600 a month total with all bills, council tax etc)
There's 2 rooms and mine has an en-suite so you’ll have the bathroom basically to yourself !
