We have 1 furnished double bedroom in 4 Bedroom flat. Only 3 rooms to be occupied and one left empty.

Shared space like living room, dining room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms, utility room and garden. Parking on the street.

Good access to City Centre with buses. 12, 13, 14, 15, 18.

Plenty of shops around, GP and school.
Very quiet neighbours.

We are looking some easygoing calm person, who have no problem to keep house clean and ventilated and respect others privacy.

Room freshly painted, with IKEA furniture. Bed with heating mattress. Happy to provide with bookcase and desk if needed for student.

We were lucky to have nice flatmates for many years so we will be picky with choosing the right person.

We are 3 professionals working in hospitality, retail and social care who likes travel and hangouts.

This room is for lodger contract.
