Hi, I'm a student in University of Liverpool and plan to sublet my room. The rent period is 1st June to 31 August. The official price is 149ppw on the IQ Newton house website and my discount is 120ppw. If you are interested in renting, I can send you some videos I took of my room. We can further sign a transfer contract online or at the reception to ensure a smooth rental process such as WIFI, repair maintainance and parcel collection.

The standard room gives you 14 sq m including laminate floors, a private bathroom with shower and toilet, good storage space, study desk and chair and single bed.
