There is a HUGE communal kitchen, with allocated cupboard space, plus additional shared cupboards for you & your housemates. There are two hobs, two ovens, four fridge & freezers, a cool breakfast, and dining table for you, so there is plenty of space for everybody!

To the ground floor, is a Cosi lounge, with a Smart TV, for you to relax and enjoy catching up on your favourite programmes after a long day at work!

On the ground floor, there is also a communal storage room (I know, can you get any better!!), the storage rooms are for all housemates to store the likes of bikes, personal items such as suitcases, boxes and any other things that you don't want to clog up your room with, so you have more space for other things! There is also a wardrobe in there too, which is handy for big coats, again to save you space in your room!

On the first floor, we have another Cosi lounge, again with a Smart TV in for you & your housemates to enjoy. There is a utility room which has a tumble dryer & two washing machines in.

Then to the second floor, there is another shared office which has three upgraded desks in, for anybody that works from home, and doesn't want to be stuck in their room! We also have another storage room up here too, which is handy for anybody on the top floors!

The property also includes a generously sized garden to chill out and relax in the summer with your friendly housemates!

The other housemates who live here are absolutely lovely, and have been carefully selected by us, tenant compatibility is SO important to us, and we prioritise making sure everybody is around the same age, is like-minded and has the same interests, we believe this is the reason why some of the housemates who are living here at the moment, have been with us for nearly 4 years!!!
