1 Double Bed Rooms, based in the Baltic

Hey! We’re Els (26) and Anna (25) looking for a like-minded third housemate to join our flat in the Baltic.

We both live a pretty calm lifestyle — laid back but sociable. We’d love someone friendly who enjoys sitting down for a meal together, heading out for a couple of drinks, watching Netflix (or The Traitors 👀), but who also respects each other’s space when needed.

A bit about us:

Els – Working full-time as a SEN Teaching Assistant and also an actor, so loves all things music, art and theatre.

Eva - Working full-time as an Assistant Psychologist. Fairly new to Liverpool and keen to explore the city.

We both love a psychological thriller and to travel when we get the chance :)

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, considerate, chilled and up for the occasional flat hangout — but equally happy doing their own thing.

The flat:
• Situated in the Baltic, close to the town centre
• Right by a big Tesco (super handy!)
• Room available is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe
• Communal living and dining room with TV

Bills:
• Not included — we usually put away around £150 per month and they’ve never gone above that
• Water bills are paid every 6 months
• Deposit required (to be sorted with current flatmates)
• Water bill is paid every 6 months
