I'm Manda, and am a young 44 YO!

I'm an ITU nurse who works shifts (night and day), so I'm looking for a considerate fellow professional.

My current flatmate is moving out with a friend and has lived here for nearly 2 years.

I am Vegan, so would prefer a flatmate who is vegan or vegetarian!

I'm very friendly and approachable. I would like us to work as a team with household chores etc. I would enjoy your company, but at the same time, respecting eachother's space.

Out of work; I will be found chilling or studying in my room, listening to Techno (don't worry, I don't play it loudly - only on headphones!), gym, yoga and walking in nature.

The property is ideally situated between Sefton Park - a 2 minute walk away - and also Smithdown Lane, which is very close to transport links, along with restaurants etc.

The Apartment itself, consists of a large living room with kitchen, washing machine and dining area. It boasts large bay windows and is a tranquil place to chill after work.

There is a corridor, along with 4 stairs down to your room, from my own bedroom. So plenty of space!

The spare room is opposite the bathroom and so there's plenty of privacy.

The bathroom includes a bath and overhead shower.

The room is a lot larger than the photos imply! My current house mate has since moved his bed by where the wardrobe used to be, and jas manged to accommodate 6 guitars, along with his other musical equipment (he's a musician).
He is moving out very soon.

It has a lovely skylight window. I'm unable to take any current photos of his room, given that he still lives here! But the pics you see, taken prior to his moving in, give you a general idea and there have been no changes.

£600 includes rent, council tax, electricity, gas, water and Internet.
The £50 deposit is just to ensure that I can take down the ad, and will be deposited when you move in.

You really have to view it before you appreciate it!
