Room facilities: Small fridge (chilled, frozen), microwave, induction hob. Bathrooms have electric towel rails for drying towels. Beds are Small Double (3/4 Bed). (Electric heating is very powerful, no timer in winter, can be left on all day with good results.) WiFi signal is good. Can use your own router to connect to the wired network port to measure up to 50MB/s, i. e. 400Mbps broadband (free).

Environment: very quiet at night. Neighbours not noisy.
