Property under Urban Sleep, located at Hardman House.

It’s a four-bedroom apartment—my friends and I initially booked all the rooms, but due to personal reasons, we need to sublet.

After meticulous selection, this apartment truly stands out with excellent conditions and a great view. The heating is exceptionally efficient during the autumn and winter seasons, which is crucial for comfort. Each room is quiet, well-lit, and has good natural lighting.

The location is very convenient, within an eight-minute walk to both the university and city center. Situated on the top floor (7th floor), it offers a stunning view overlooking the city center. The building is equipped with an elevator, security access, and a communal social area. There’s also a rooftop balcony right outside the door.

My larger one is 169 weeks (platinum ensuite), and the other three smaller ones are 167 weeks (gold ensuite).
