Large Double Room for Rent on Smithdown

We’re looking for somebody to fill one of our rooms so we can stay in the house at least another year, our mate has moved to York with work and is only paying rent until the end of June, so we’re looking for someone quite quickly.
The bedroom’s decently sized, the biggest in the house, it has a boss Bay window, nice view of Wavertree Green, I haven’t uploaded pictures of it just yet because we’re just going to paint it first this week. But it’s a nice room, fully furnished although feel free to bring anything additional of your own. The house has two bathrooms, a small garden, a nicely decorated big living room/diner. we’re all pretty social being three mates from school in Liverpool, anyone’s welcome :)
Students welcome, there’s one student studying mental health nursing, a chef and an actor, we’re all dead easy going. The price of £517per month includes everything, rent, gas, water, electric, tv license, council tax & wifi.
Just a bit of a warning, the pictures aren’t completely recent but I’ll be reuploading the ad once we’ve had a bit of a declutter and painted the bedroom, so it’ll be the same vibe just a lot tidier.
