A bit about the house: The house is located in Anfield and is right around the corner for the bus to town or about 10 mins drive away if you have a car. Speaking of there is parking on the street outside. It's a really spacious house. The bedrooms, one double, one single. The single bedroom is smaller but would make an excellent office, gym or walk-in wardrobe. for and the double bedroom is midsized and faces towards the garden both for £650pcm including bills. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared there's a small garden space at the back of the house.

A bit about me: I'm a chill person, easy to get on with, I work away sometimes so you'll have the place to yourself some weeks. I like to keep my spaces clean and would expect the same. I'm quite social but also fond of my own space.

What I'm looking for: A reliable, like-minded, professional person male or female. Cleanliness is a must, especially in shared spaces.
