Hi! I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy from July2024-July2025 but can move in June.
The room is a double room on the ground floor. Very spacious with a nice bay window. There’s two shared bathrooms and one WC on the ground floor as well as a shared kitchen and living room area. There’s a small patio out back as well. The house itself is big for a student house and nicely furnished.
The house is £120pw bills included and is located close to the lidl, maccies and other shops. It’s also by the main road so lots of bus routes. Ten minutes bus into the city centre and a short walk to Uni of, LJMU and Hope campus !
The other five tenants are girls in their second/third year of uni but you don’t need to be a student to live there.
