A lovely fully furnished and equipped 3 bedroom home situated off Allerton Road, within the Penny Lane area. We have a single room available costing £87 pw with an estimated cost of £460 PCM including bills and Council tax - please read below for a further breakdown of the costs…

We are two girls looking for somebody to take over tenancy in our spare bedroom. The room itself is a small single, however there are plenty of other areas around the house to spend time in! We have furnished the spare room ourselves to accommodate anybody that wishes to move in. The rest of the house is fully furnished and equipped too.
The house is situated in a perfect location for students and young professionals to commute to their roles with a number of transportation links situated in this area. The journey into the city centre only 25 minutes from the house.
We are ideally looking for another girl to move in, however we are open to anybody contacting us to meet up and arrange a viewing!

Bills are not included, however split between 3 people the bills have been fairly cheap so far:
- gas & electricity between £40-£60 pcm
- water bills around £20 pcm (first 4 months free for whoever moves in)
- WiFi £8 pcm
- Council Tax Band B (£53 pp/pcm)
