We are in a great location with a bus stop just at the end of our drive to get you into town in about 15 mins. There is also a bus stop right across the road that takes you to Speke and the airport etc in around 15 mins. It's just a 30 min walk to center, 10 min walk to Lark Lane and a 15 min walk to Smithdown (Asda/Aldi.)
We are situated just across the park from some of the main University accommodation and campuses so would be ideal for a post grad or someone working/visiting in the area.

There's a fantastic selection on Deliveroo, UberEats and Just eat including McDonalds, KFC and millions of others (and some healthy options too 🙂) Or we have two kitchens you can use. The basement (larger) kitchen area has 8 hobs and two grills/ovens, 2 x microwaves and is stocked with plates, cups, cutlery, pans etc.
The smaller kitchenette on the top floor has a microwave, toaster, kettle, cups, plates and cutlery etc. There's plenty of storage in both kitchens for food or your own utensils, there's also a fridge in each kitchen for you to keep your own food/medicines stored safe and cool.

The property has commercial grade (really fast) Wi-Fi, most double rooms also have Ethernet ports. We have installed a 1000mb fibre line across commercial infrastructure, so there are no Wi-Fi dead spots or times where the connection runs slow at all.
