Hi! I’m looking for a (preferably female) lodger to rent a bright, good-sized double room in my 3-bed terraced house in L8. I'm a freelance fashion stylist, working from home and in studio, and I’m looking to share my home with a non-smoker who is considerate, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.

I have two very friendly cats 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ so it would be nice if you were an animal lover (However I can’t consider any additional pets because of this, sorry )

The room is furnished with a comfy king-size bed (memory foam mattress), a large triple wardrobe, and a desk. Rent is £750/month, including utilities and council tax. I’m offering a 3-month initial let to start, moving to a monthly rolling agreement if it’s a good fit for us both.

The house includes:

- A clean, modern bathroom (bath & overhead shower)

- Living and dining rooms

- Utility room with washing machine

- Newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher

- A small yarden for sunny days

Great location on Chillingham Street: 15 mins to Lark Lane/Sefton Park, 10 mins to Princes Park and St Michael’s Station, 3 mins to the 82 bus into town. On-street parking available.
