I have a large double room available to rent in my house that I'm currently renting just by Speke Retail park. House has good transport links nearby and there is parking available on my drive. My previous flatmate has now moved in with her partner so looking for someone to move in preferably by April. Full access to all areas of the house including garden and conservatory. I have strong WiFi, Sky TV and bills aren't too expensive and will be split between us. I would say I'm easy to live with, I get on with most and I love cooking for people which is an added bonus. I work Monday-Friday, with 3 days in the office. Currently have my mum and sister staying with me temporarily whilst they wait to move into their new house so room will be available as soon as they leave which will be by the end of March.
