Hello! I am Josh, live in Liverpool, and I'm looking for a new roommate to join me.
I am on the ninth floor, with a lovely view of the Mersey, the Wirral, and town. There is a living room combined with a kitchen, & a dining room table.
You get a room (as shown) with a wardrobe, mattress, side table and the family bathroom.
I'm looking for a sociable, clean, chilled, kind roommate to come join me. I am at work five days a week, sometimes have friends over, and sometimes have parties. But, for the most part, I enjoy a relaxed atmosphere living here.
Bills including council tax come to around £200 extra, on top of rent of £638, so overall around £820 a month approx.
