I am moving out soon and would like someone to take my place. It is a en-suite with a double bed, a table and lots of storage options. The bathroom is good for a single person, and has all the amenities. It is a first-years only room, hence why the 8 months contract. You can switch rooms in the same building after 8 months. It is close to all the universities, the city centre and party areas!
The living room/kitchen is shared with 2 other people. They are lovely and do not bother you at all. You can chat with them whenever they are in the living room. They do not party and would like someone who is quiet as well.
