Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a modern cluster flat share in Liverpool city centre, available from 01/03/26.

The room is fully furnished and comes with its own ensuite bathroom. You’ll share a kitchen/living space with other tenants in the flat.

Rent is £600 per month, all bills included, including council tax (Band B) and super-fast broadband. I’ve already paid the Reposit, so ideally no deposit is needed from the new tenant.

The building has an onsite gym, laundrette and a secure and well maintained bike storage.

Location is great:
About 15 mins walk to the city centre
5 mins to Lime Street Station
15 mins to Queen Square bus station
Lidl literally 1 minute away
Loads of shops and food places on London Road

Single occupancy only
Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom
Managed through a letting agent

It’s honestly been a really convenient place to live, I’m only moving due to a change in personal circumstances.
