Room to rent near city centre!

Hiya

I’m James (they/them), a 29 year old actor/barista and i’m looking for someone to move into the other room in my flat!

Ideally looking for someone queer or at least an ally who's into creative things to. But also looking for someone who wants to be friendly, social and live together not just coexist in a space!

The flats right by the women’s hospital so is really easy to get into the city centre from. It’s a really nice, clean place that came fully furnished. I’ve also added some of my own stuff to, so there’s always the option for more of that!

The rent is £798 between two of us (£399 each) and with bills added on after then the total we’d be paying each month works out at around 600 each! (I can send over a more detailed breakdown if you need.)

The rooms available from the end of april and I’m looking for somebody to move in asap!
