Room in Old Swan

I have a spare room in my house available in old swan.
It’s quite a feminine room, so probably best suited to a female occupant. Currently there is myself, my partner and one other friend living in the property.

Any occupants must be comfortable with living with animals as I have 3 cats and 2 dogs (dogs only stay downstairs).

There is free street parking available.

I run a beauty business and have an at home salon at the front of the house downstairs so if you’re a girl into beauty, you’ll have an on hand beautician.

We are an a very laid back household, with most of us coming from uni and busy homes so pretty relaxed on most things. I only expect people to clean up after themselves and keep communal areas clean.

The wardrobe isn’t big in the room, but happy to add an ottoman to the end of the bed, and an extra rail in the storage room we have on the 3rd floor.

There isn’t space for a desk so may not be suitable for someone who works from home in an office job.
