Weekday room available - unique property

Hi there
I’m looking for a part time / weekday loser for a spare room in my house in L8.
The property is very unique with lots of character, and offers a great base for someone who needs to be in Liverpool midweek for work / studies. It looks out over the park, so it’s very peaceful and calm space, and the rooms are a great size.
Ideally looking for 2-3 night stay between Monday-Friday but could be flexible.
It’s not suitable as a main address property.

It would be great to find someone creative, interesting and happy to share occasional dinners but also self sufficient. Tidiness and cleanliness as standard

I spend a lot of time working away, often overseas and keep the property as a UK base
