The house is situated next to the beautiful Newsham Park in Liverpool, and in a very safe family-oriented residential area.
The house has five bedroom, only three of which are being let. It benefits from a spacious living room, two bathrooms (one on each floor), a large kitchen with all required amenities, a useable backyard, and some extra space for storage.
Three mature young people are currently living at the property and we welcome a third person to replace one of the tenants leaving by end of April.
