Furnished living room/kitchen (although more furnishings welcome - current flatmate will be taking some) and unfurnished bedroom. Price include all bills at the current rate, including high speed WiFi and only excludes water which is average £150 each every 6 months.

My previous flat mate will be moving cities and I'm looking for someone friendly and tidy to move in as I really don't want to be moving out of this apartment! I've never lived anywhere quite as nice as this for the price, beautiful views and right on the doorstep of Sefton Park and Lark Lane.

I work 9-5 (ish) Mon-Fri as an accountant and when I'm home I love making delicious food and watching TV/Films or playing games, also always up for the pub or just yapping with a bottle of wine! I love going on walks at the weekend or going out to see friends :))
