You're right in the heart of Speke, which means you’re right by the airport, a huge retail park full of shops and restaurants. Whether you're after a quick holiday, a day of shopping you've got it on the doorstep.

The house itself has been done to an exceptional standard. The open plan kitchen and living area is a great place to unwind and have a chat with your new housemates.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, plenty of storage, a dishwasher, washer/dryer and an american sized fridge/freezer, so there's no fighting over who's got room for what. You have a massive back garden for when the sun decides to come out! There is also parking available outside the house.

Your room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and storage shelves, it gets loads of natural light and is a Cosi space to come home to. The bathroom is communal however you would only have to share with 1 other person as the rest of the rooms are en-suites.

Bills are all included, so no faff once you're in.

Onto the housemates Stevie, Megan and Dhairya are a really sound group. They are all super chilled and respect each other's privacy but love a good chat when they get home from work. All working professionals and they're looking for someone friendly and sociable to join them!
