Beautiful House Share by Lark Lane

Hi All,

We are looking for a 3rd flatmate to move in to 3/4 bedroom house in the beautiful L17 Area 5 minutes from Lark Lane, Sefton Park and Festival Gardens.

The room and house will be available from August 1st and we are looking for 3rd person to move in with us.

The room is unfurnished. Rent is £283 per month ( bills not included).There are 2 other reception rooms available one dining room and other spare bedroom ( perhaps for friends staying over or us to chill there).Plus back yard

We are two friendly girls 28, 30 years old. Working full time both (for different) charities. Looking for someone outgoing who wants be part of the house - and treat it like home. Perhaps like cooking together and spending time with each other when time allows. We enjoy cycling and outdoors, travelling, yoga, good food, theatre.. and anything creative really.
Odd crazy night out with dancing is also something we enjoy but not every weekend any more

Internationals welcome.

For balance we would prefer another guy to move in, as it's good to have a mix of male/female. We'd also prefer somebody 25+ years.
