We overlook the stunning Newsham Park, and the lake, with great views. Great for for jogging, fishing, and cycling. Close to university and Royal Hospital, with frequent transport links into city centre, and plenty of local shops.
Our house has 9 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with shower and bath, 2 kitchens, with dishwasher and plenty of fridge and cupboard space, separate uitility room with 2 washing machines, comfy communal lounge, and we are on a no through road, so it is nice and peaceful, with not a lot of traffic. Lots of parking space, with off road parking available too. Gardens front and back. There is also the famous Newsham park flea market round the corner to visit on a Thursday and Saturday to grab yourself some bargains.
Your room has everything you need, bed, drawers and wardrobe, all rooms are newly decorated and carpeted, and have their own TV aeriel.
Rooms start at £75 per week for a large single, we also have very large doubles at £85 per week, and one attic room, which is almost like a self contained flat, with a kingsized bed, and sofa. This includes your gas, electricity, water rates, council tax, TV Licence, superfast fibreoptic broadband and a weekly cleaner. Couples welcome.
