Urgently Looking For Flatmates

Hi, i was going to take this gorgeous new build house with someone but he's had to drop out so i'm trying to find someone that would like to take the house with me as its so nice. its just off everton road near town.

Its a 3 bed, 3 bathroom though the downstairs toilet is not shown on the agents website. Between 3 people the rent, council and bills together would come to about 280-300 each per month. i have 2 working friends who are wanting to stay in the sallest room for a few months as they're just back from travelling and want to save up.

So you would be paying 300 each month at most. If your a couple, thats only 150 each.

The agency have held it for me for a week so need a decision by 5 today if i'm still taking it.

I'm 23, a nurse from liverpool, quite tidy and sociable, and i have a really friendly house trained cat, he goes outside so theres no litter tray making the house smell. he mostly sleeps on my bed when he's in the house. And i have house stuff like kettle, toaster, tv, couch etc...

This is such a good house, only 2 mins from bus stops into town and to fazakerley hospital. 5 mins on the bus to town or easy walking distance.

i've been to a viewing so can send you a video i took, a floor plan, and my own pictures. to secure the house we would both need to pay £110 today for agency fees, after that it would be ours and we would only need to pay the first months rent and deposit on the day we moved in.
