We have two double rooms available to rent in a shared house on Woodcroft Road, just off Smithdown Rd in the Wavertree area. There are currently three female tenants, but two will be moving out in August. This is a very homely house, which is kept clean and tidy, making it a lovely cosy environment. Ideal for someone wanting peace to study or to relax after a days work.
This house will be ideally suited to a final year student, Post Grad or a professional, who is friendly, sociable, clean and tidy.
Rent includes all bills (council tax, utilities, Super fast WIFI TV license etc.) The kitchen is also stocked with shared cutlery pots pans etc.

The property is in a excellent location with bus stops within 2 minutes walk, buses to the town centre arrive regularly so access into and out of the City is excellent.
Asda and Aldi are less than 2 minutes walk away. Other benefits of the Smithdown Road area include bars, restaurants and Sefton park all in close proximity. There is a large sports centre close by with a fully equipped gym with regular classes.
Penny lane, and other Beatles related sights are 15 minute walk from the house.
