Large Double Room with En-suite

The room available

I have a large double room, with en suite, available from August 1st 2018. The room is the entire top floor of the house, is bright and open - and comes fully furnished with a 40" TV and PS3.

The house was build 2 years ago, which means everything is under warantee, and comes with a 49" TV in the shared living room and PS4.

The house:
- Washing machine
- All kitchen crockery and utensils
- Parking space on driveway available
- Bathroom on each floor - Downstairs toilet, 1st floor toilet and bath/shower, 2nd floor en suite toilet with shower
- Outdoor secure shed for bike storage
- Walking distance to 2 tescos, lidl, aldi and asda
- Great access to major bus routes

Bills
All bills are shared equally amongst us, and works out at around £25 per month with broadband, water, electric and gas.
We don't ask that you pay a deposit, but have a simple 'you break it you buy it' policy to replace any broken or damaged items within the property.

Current Occupants:
Myself (Ben) - I own the house and will be a 5th year medical student at Liverpool University at the start of the year. I currently work as a private tutor to pay my way through university.
Kevin - Will be a 3rd year sports science student at Hope University. Kevin is from Northern Ireland and we met through SpareRoom 2 years ago.

We're a house that enjoys spending time together and doing things together rather than hiding away in our rooms.

We also have a cat (Mika) - She's very friendly and loving once she gets to know you :)
