I have a room for rent in a great location in Liverpool city centre. This would be £500 pcm including bills for a minimum of 6-month contract. A female tenant is preferred.

The second bedroom in my flat is fully furnished, and the tenant would have sole use of the main bathroom in the flat (as the main bedroom has an en suite). The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and the flat has a balcony with views over Liverpool. There is also additional storage space in the flat which is not shown on the pictures.

The property is located in the popular Ropewalks area on Henry street, which very close to plenty of restaurants and bars. It is close to the hospitals, cathedrals and universities. Postcode is L1 5BU.

I am a 2nd year PhD researcher at the University of Liverpool looking into the design of medical devices. I enjoy going out for food and drinks but also enjoy quiet nights in with Netflix. I am into sport and regularly go to the gym and also love travel and going away on city breaks. I am very sociable and outgoing so would be looking for someone similar minded!
