It’s a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom place.

You would have your own en-suite Bathroom. (Room with Darker Furniture)

Flat has been recently painted & also recently had a new Fridge/Freezer/Washing Fitted.

The Rent and bills are currently split halfway at £705.08 each.
The deposit would be £600 each.

2 minute walk from Brunswick Station so very convenient for Commuters
5 minute walk from Pure Gym or 10 minutes from Nuffield if you like the simple pleasures of Swimming and using a Sauna
15 minute walk from Baltic Triangle
1 train stop from Liverpool Central (3minute ride)

Band B - Council Tax (This changes every April)

Electricity- The electric bill comes separately so that varies but we currently set a direct debit up for making sure we can live in a warm place during winter.

The currently flat mate is looking for someone who is respectful, understanding & a good communicator.

Someone who would like to turn the flat into their home.

They work full time, with some days at home.
