1 Double en-suite within the house is available 05/07/2024 and will be fully cleaned prior to any move in. The room is an en suite room and is quite a large room with lots of space. In the room you’ll find, a desk/chair, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bed/mattress, and a bed side table.

LOCATION – West Derby Road
This property is in the Tuebrook area just a 30-minute walk into the city centre or a 10 minute bus ride. This area is a thriving young professional area as its proximity to the city centre and university campuses means it is an ideal location if you’re moving within or to Liverpool. There are plenty of shops nearby, Newham park is just a 1 minute walk away and also only a 15-minute walk the Royal Hospital so there is plenty of useful amenities nearby.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
