The property is currently tenanted until the end of June 2024 by two girls (Megan and Ellie) whom are both in their final years of studying Psychology and Graphic Design and one boy (Matthew) whom is studying Biomedical Sciences.

The room is priced at £130 per week which includes unlimited Gas, Water, Electric bills and Broadband internet.
The room is available from 1st August or 1st September to 30th June 2024. There is a minimum contract of 10 months.
The property is Council Tax Band A but students are Council Tax Exempt, so we will take care of all that for you!
