Room Number: 108.1, this is on our 7th floor (top floor), it is one of our most sort after flats due to its amazing views of the city.

Contract length: 51 weeks
I would be willing to subsidise it to bring it back down to the equivalent of paying for 42 weeks

Price per week: £140.00

Building: Copperas House, Copperas Hill, L3 5AL (based in the city centre just up from Lime Street Station close to all university campus' and a 10-minute walk into the city centre).
