We have a great double room available in an apartment in Liverpool City Centre right by the docks!
I am moving out and am looking for someone to take my room preferably at the start of May 2024 or by the 15th of May. In a flatshare with my lovely housemate and friend Vincent.
2 bedroom furnished apartment, bathroom, balcony onlooking the city and cathedral, smart TV, 24/7 concierge downstairs and an underground, secure parking space available.
Vincent is a 28 year old working professional from Belgium, but speaks fluent english. He has been working and living in the UK for many years now and is helping to find a new housemate when I move out.
Vincent works full time, loves films, gym, socialising with friends, cooking. Is easy going and very polite and respectful.
We are happy to have interested new housemates come over to see the flat and meet us both.
