I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy of this lovely room ASAP as I’m no longer based in Liverpool.
This is a house full of students so if you are a ‘professional’ you will have to pay council tax but you have a 25% discount. More information on the city council website, this property is Band A.
It’s a six bed house and the flatmates are absolutely lovely and will make you feel so at home. They’ve decorated the house beautifully. Everyone in the house is in full time acting training and work most weekends also.
Its in a great central location in the Georgian Quarter and everything is at a walking distance.
Each floor has a toilet, sink and shower so you are only sharing with one other. There is a kitchen and living area. Appliances include kettle, 2 ovens, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dryer and tv. The room includes desk, cupboard for clothes, double bed and two shelves.
