Hello, I'm going to move into this flat to replace my friend's tenancy soon, I plan to find a nice and friendly housemate who take another empty en-suite room!

The available room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. You have your own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a balcony. Rent is £1050 pm in total, each of us £525 pm, including some bills. Currently, we don't need to pay council tax but in the future, we will need to split the council tax.

A bit about myself, I’m a product designer working for a Holiday company, I usually WFH three days a week. I have a gay partner who comes over sometime.

I’m clean and tidy, I like to keep my things in order. I like plants. I’m very friendly, easygoing and social. I enjoy cooking food, when I was living in York, all my friends loved my food so much :)

I love hanging out with friends, photography, hiking, travelling, galleries, concerts, and watching movies.

I'd like to find a housemate who is LGBTQ+ friendly, clean and social. Ideally, I hope we can be friends too :)
